- NBNic BrunerApr 28, 20261.0Inconsistent across the board. Morning manager is AWESOME!! Unfortunately, that doesn’t carry consistently over to any other employees. Espresso machine has been broken for months. Coffee is inconsistent from one day to the next. Even when it tastes like coffee, it’s the weakest coffee you can find in town, and 8/10 times it DOES NOT taste like coffee. There are no standards when it comes to this franchised location. Hashbrowns are always soggy. Nothing will change, but I’m done. It’s just not worth it. Poor management from the top down.
