  I work less than a mile down the road. Placed a mobile order for delivery. It took over an hour to get 1 sandwich. I had to call the store twice to try & figure out where my order was. The first time, the last doesn't even offer to contact the driver to confirm. The second time she told me the driver came back but went to lunch. By this time, my own lunch break had more than passed. I asked for a refund/cancelation. She promised she was doing it as we spoke. About 15 minutes later the very unkempt & unprofessional driver came into my store with my order. Missing the drink. I tried to send it back because I had already requested the refund. He said I should keep it. Didn't even include my drink (he said, "sorry that's what they handed me" no offer to run back & get it. It's currently the next business day & I still have yet to receive my refund. I will not order from this location again

  Your lunch employees today have n April 22 2026 need to go back thru customer service training they were completely rude and had horrible attitudes. I wanted to pay with a hundred dollar bill and was told they would not accept it and it was their policy to not take anything over a 20 well than it should be posted on the drive thru sign and on the the frontt door of the business. The manger /owner of this store should really make sure his or her employees no how to treat a customer with proper service . Also got my sandwich’s wrong I guess they need hearing aids also . If I could give this store 0 stars I would.

  Very friendly staff, and owners, with great BBQ. Today I had the beef brisket sandwich, it was tender and very tasty. Excellent place for casual dining. I also like the pork here especially the Carolina style pork, with coleslaw on top. I whole heartedly recommend this place
