In all my life never thought I'd have a negative experience at a Chipotle.. at least one bad enough to the point where I'd feel compelled to write a review.
So here goes, i showed up exactly 30 minutes before they closed and there was 5 people in front of me , all waiting at the register for the line to finish toping their items. When the team member at the front of the line asked me what I wanted I patiently said to him, please help the customers in front of me first so you have time to handle preparing my food with care. He then spoke something into the ear of another employee and proceeded to tell me that they "weren't serving anymore customers"... obviously this made me furious since I had just spetd the entire day on the road and this location is kinda in the middle of nowhere ( there isn't alot of dining options if someone happens to be staying at one of the hotels nearby)
.... I explained this to him and he continued to say that they were closing early and that they wouldn't make any exceptions... "sorry sir"!!
So I walked out of the store very upset and went about 30 yards down the way to have a cigerette. While I was in the process of doing this I noticed that 4 additional customers entered the store after me. SOooo. After that I walked back in there and confronted him again saying "hey, what on earth is going on I thought you were closing"?
After this he lied to me!!! And tried to say that he was explaining how "their limited options were the only food they can serve" obviously this was the point during the interaction where I couldn't hold myself back anymore
--" first you out right to deny a paying and needy customer their right to ordering a meal by lying to me ? And then when I call you out on it you lie to me again "!!! Look I hate to be a Karen... but lying to customers in such a casual and unapologetic way is unacceptable and frankly for me it's a very confusing experience, considering that not very long ago these kind of behavioral standards in a food service environment would've been something unimaginable.
**** aside from the description of events above, they hade no Steak left (at least 3 other protein options not available), no guacamole, no sour cream, no caso Blanco, no black beans and onward.
-I was able to make due with this situation because I didn't have the energy to make the situation any more negative,,, but SEVERAL more customers in the store were upset and I completely understand why.... ANY business that charges 14.00 for a burrito has to do better !***
---as for the younger gentleman who I interacted with in the earlier mentioned experience, another staff member explained to me that "it's only his first week and he's still in training"
This is an understandable excuse for why the line was moving so slow, but I said to her that "that customers are always right and lying to them undermines that principle" either way I wish him all the best and I hope that he doesn't make a habit out of being a liar and treating people like they're stupid,, cause that won't get yuh anywhere in life ! LoL

I ordered on the app today for pickup. When I got home and opened up my bowls, both bowls had no fajita veggies like I ordered, and one I ordered extra veggies. No veggies at all. I also found a piece of avocado skin in my side of guacamole. This location is becoming lazier every time I order from them.

On March 20th around 6:30pm Food was good, but as I was getting asked about my order I had a nice girl compliment my hair and the girls at cashier were bieng really rude to her. All bc she complimented me, one girl slammed her hand on the counter so the girl can hurry up and as a customer I felt rushed and disrespected. Then the cashier had a comment saying I feel like you ordered sooo much more than that because it took so much work to make that. Girl at cashier was rude and really shouldn’t work with customers. Idk if she was trying to bully the other girl but check who was on schedule. Was uncomfortable paying as a customer
