Contacted customer service on the app and they said wait 72 hours for my refund. It’s been almost 4 weeks no refund! I’ve sent multiple messages stating this and no one will respond back to me. This is theft and needs to be addressed. Why are you ignoring me when you never refunded my money for an order that was never made. I demand this issue gets resolved you can’t be stealing people’s money this absurd and unacceptable.
