- KLKael LumenMay 21, 20262.0I will say right off, I LOVE Papa John's actual pizza. Great flavor and texture. However, I the economics of Papa John's make it impossible to actually get a good Papa John's pizza. Some of what's wrong with this location is normal: some of the staff is diligent and hard-working, while some of the staff are somewhat clueless highschoolers who are not being taught how to work. Your outcome is random and just dependent on who you get. But some of it is also just stinginess higher up. I ordered (and duly paid for) spinach and mushrooms on my xl pizza and I could literally count them on one hand. It looked like a cheese pizza onto which a few stray toppings from someone else's pizza had fallen. Frustrating 😒. Anyway, like I said, I love PJ's pizza so unfortunately I'll probably suck it up and try again every few months 🤷.

They asked if i could come to store to pick up the replacement. I said no thats why i ordered delivery. They said they would have to give me a refund then. The first person i talked to was clearly foreign due to their accent and could not speak english properly. If they cant speak the language, how can they read and understand the language. Now i have to place another order through a different service and pay more delivery fees and tips to another delivery driver and wait another hour for food.
