  Absolutely awful! They do not know how to keep ice cream solid here and they don’t know basic customer service either. This is how they brought out my banana split. Employee’s reasoning was the hot fudge… so don’t offer it? He could’ve offered to remake it but did not. I didn’t order soup..! This has been happening for over a year, not a one off. Avoid at all costs!!

  Always great ice cream, malik was a lovely employee and offered me a sample right away when I asked what a flavor (chocolate lovers dream) was. I never knew oberweis even did samples so that was very exciting and helpful! Other employees were very kind when a young girl dropped her class dish and it shattered, also apologized to me for the wait that caused even though there was barely a wait. Wish they stayed open later though

  Worker Zain was honestly one of the best people I’ve interacted with—super pleasant, respectful, and easy to talk to. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and makes the whole experience way better. On top of that, he clearly stays in shape and carries himself with confidence. Bro’s got that natural charisma too—just an all-around solid guy. Definitely deserves recognition for the great service.
