  Molded bread was ripped off. The bread was stale. And the food gave me costipation issues. Also no customer service at all. Went inside just for them to just look at me and wait for me to give my order no greeting. Nothing.

  Not freaky fast at all.. 2 simple sandwiches took over 90 mins to be delivered 7 minutes away 🤯

  The service here is amazing. They got the food done quickly and made sure to make you feel at home.

  Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and there was no chicken in the sandwich SMH 🤦‍♂️

  Half the staff refuses to toast my sandwich while the other half has no problem doing so. It would hurt absolutely NOBODY to run ANY sandwich through the toaster when requested. Why even have the toaster..? (3/8/26) To the Owner of Jimmy John's, I appreciate your response to my previous review and hope it reflects a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Although I'm still not sure why toasting a sandwich would be an issue, I would be happy to replace my previous complaints with a glowing review if I can order a toasted sandwich without any issues on my next visit, as I believe your staff are friendly and hardworking.
