  I rarely go into a Jimmy John’s. But while I waited for my husband to get a hair cut on 7/24 in the evening I decided to walk in there a get a little something for myself. I was greeted by the two most sweet employees, their customer service is definitely 5+ stars for sure. Jimmy John’s usually does have good customer service, but these two melted my heart. I forgot to ask for names, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, but on 7/24/26 around 5:30pm I was greeted by the most sweetest young man and young lady. I am 9 months pregnant and tired and they just made my whole day.

  Absolutely blown away by the quality of this store. From the person taking my order, to the friendly greeting I received from the General Manager, and to the fresh and phenomenal tasting sandwich, everything in this Jimmy Johns is top tier. Highly recommend
