- AWAnne way5 days ago2.0Today I came to get hash browns and I’m not sure what happened with them but they were so burnt or stale. I’ve never in my life had hash browns this bad from a dunkin. My mom used to work for several dunkin’s and she would tell me some owners wouldn’t want to throw away the food from the day before to “save” food . I understand not wanting to waste food but at the end of the day as a customer if i’m paying a few dollars for whatever it is it should always be fresh. I’m not sure what it is about this dunkin but I honestly avoid it and only come if i’m in a rush somewhere because of how the atmosphere feels going there sometimes. And then dunkin advertises that if we want something remade we can always ask but when I do the employees attitude completely changes. Mind you I don’t come here to bother anybody, I work in customer service and I understand annoying customers but if asking nicely to remake a drink or food item honestly ruins your whole attitude you should not be working in an establishment like this. I always ask respectfully “can you please remake” and i’m hit with “it looks fine to me”. Or they get all upset because they have to do their job. I am not paying 5 dollars for a drink or a food item that is not made correctly. It literally takes seconds to 5 minutes to remake something really quick. Sometimes because how the employees get with attitude I don’t even wanna ask them to remake sometimes i’d rather take the disgusting tasting food item or drink because of how they get over remaking something. This used to be my favorite dunkin but recently I find myself avoiding this location unless it’s the only one close by. I will say some of the girls there are nice but most of the employees have attitude. If you hate your job just quit instead of making people uncomfortable with your attitude.
