Both the bread and the chicken were not fully cooked the chicken tasted like as if you took it out the freezer and let it cook for ten minutes didn’t even put enough sauce on the chicken . You can taste the dough in the bread as if it’s not fully cooked as well. I called to speak to a manager both the person and the manger were rude instead of coming to the phone the manger herself decided to scream from across the restaurant thinking I wouldn’t hear ever word she said very unprofessional. Why waste so much money and wait a long period of time for something that was half ass done

- BSBob SchwerdlinApr 28, 20263.0I haven't had Domino's Pizza in a VERY long time. I was craving Pizza Hut, but there are none in Bolingbrook anymore. I decided to give Domino's a try again. It was actually pretty tasty and I enjoyed it. With online coupons, the medium size pizza was only about 9 bucks. That's about the same cost as a frozen pizza from the grocery store, and tasted WAY better. The comparable pizza at the Hut was quoted at slightly over 20 bucks. I'm sorry, but at 20 bucks for a medium pizza, I'll order Lou's or Giordano's any day over QSR Pizza. The pizza came with some kind of parmasian dipping sauce, which I did NOT care for at all, but I also purchased a garlic dipping sauce which was very good. The store is in a strip mall and was quite busy when I arrived at dinner time to pick up the pie. Service was quick and the employee was pleasant. Store appeared clean as well. I'll be back again.

Also, the cashier who checked on my pick up order told me my order was in the oven when I gave her my first name on accident, because I could not find what name my order was under in the app due to the cell signal being bad in there. I got out of line thinking they updated the system incorrectly or were running behind or something, saw my order was complete and in my middle name on their screen in the front, then got back in line to wait to let her know and verify if my order was actually ready or not. She should know how to check pick up orders in the system. So when that happens, she can tell the customer there is no order with that name. Then I could have just had her check my middle name and got my order way sooner than I did.

The guy with the ponytail was super aggressive almost attacked me for saying bro. All I said was take your time six out of the eight employees asked me why I came in and what was the name on the order and I had to answer it for six times they have such lack of communication and the lady in the picture kept telling and screaming. I don’t feel like eating. My appetite is out. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dominoes. This is the worst branch ever. Don’t ever go there if that’s how they talk to you how do you think they’re making your food and if that’s the person that speaks for Domino’s, what a shame she was very rude she screamed. She kicked me out. She’s never heard what I said, and she accused me of antagonizing her employees when all I said was please take your time I had just placed the order, but they never heard what I said and they were just responding based on the attitude they’ve had all day, but the blonde girl, and the one with the earbud were not polite, screamed and accuse me of things that never happened did not want to de-escalate only escalated the situation. She was talking to her employee. The guy with the top ponytail like he was gonna beat me up or something and she’s like just leave. Don’t talk to him. Don’t answer back. There is no way a company. This big is letting someone like this handle their shop that way on a Friday evening. This was so bad I will never recommend anybody to eat there literally killed my appetite
