TLDR: don't visit this place if it's remotely busy. The steak has too many fatty pieces so go with something else. This had to have been the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I will prefix this by saying that yes, ther were busy and it's a Sunday evening on a very beautiful day. Walking in, the layout is absolutely horrible. There's no easy way to get to the counter to order, let alone to get to what vaguely resembles a line. They have a drive through pickup and an inside pickup. I accidentally picked drive thru, so I'll blame myself for the screw up on the order pickup. The drink fountain was a disaster. The water was just running non-stop. Multiple drinks no longer had any syrup. The forks were completely out. The food wasnt much better.... The guacamole tasted a bit off. Not bad... just not the flavor you expect. The steak was horrible. So many fatty pieces that made much of the steak inedible. The trash outside was piled about a foot above the rim.... Won't be going back to this location.

Worst service of any Chipotle I've been t by a MILE. To the point I felt compelled to leave a review to warn others. I don't leave reviews - this is my first - but I felt it was necessary.

I’m not sure what the policy is and when they stop making food but we walked in at 9:45pm and they were out of everything and told us that they closed in an hour (at 11pm) so they weren’t going to make anymore food…. Maybe there should be a sign saying that we can’t order past a certain time even though I don’t think this is chipotles policy but I guess this is what happens when you hire lazy teenagers

OSHA needs to pay this location a visit. This place is filthy, I feel bad for folks I have seen eating inside on the dirty counters. The food area looks unsafe. Staff/employees were not friendly and it appeared that the food working areas behind the counter was not well cared for. Cleanliness and zanitation concerns.

One of the best things about this Chipotle is that it’s open until 11:00 p.m., later than the other locations in the area. Unfortunately, those extended hours don’t mean much when they’re regularly out of key ingredients well before closing. Multiple times around 9:00 p.m. they’ve been out of basics like chicken, steak, and cheese. By 9:30 p.m., the staff often starts shutting the restaurant down by putting chairs on tables, removing food pans from the serving line, and making it feel like the restaurant is already closed, even though there are still 90 minutes left. I’ve even noticed the grills appear to be shut down long before closing. Another issue is the music. It’s consistently played so loudly that it’s difficult to have a normal conversation while eating. Background music should add to the atmosphere, not overpower it but they crank up a Bluetooth speaker so loud. I wouldn’t care normally but it’s too loud all each visit. If you’re going to advertise that you’re are open until 11:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect the full menu and a normal dining experience until closing. Running out of major ingredients once in a while is understandable, but when it happens repeatedly, it starts to look like poor inventory planning or an operation that’s winding down far too early. I keep coming back because the late hours are convenient, but the experience has become increasingly disappointing. Also the appearance of all the food bins pulled, grills off, chairs stacked and me trying to order while staff is too busy cleaning up so early is very uninviting feel.
