- TLToriana LymasOct 8, 20261.0I ordered for pick up online using the app. They set your food out on a shelf to be picked up and I get there and somebody has taken my food and they say they can't do anything about it and some of the workers were laughing about it. Won't be returning to this location and spending my money.
- RRRaghavendra RevankarOct 4, 20261.0I ordered online order for two burrito bowls and one kid's meal, but the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff were entirely unacceptable. First, one of the burrito bowls was barely filled and missing almost all its components, containing nothing but rice and chopped vegetables. Second, the kid's meal was missing the juice. When I returned to the counter to point out these errors, the employee at the front was completely unapologetic and exhibited an indifferent, dismissive attitude. While he ultimately corrected the order by filling the bowl and handing over the juice, the overall service was unprofessional. Furthermore, the food we received was very cold, and the lettuce was poorly chopped. It feels as though Chipotle’s standards for food quality and customer service have significantly declined.

The manager Julio or Jose (I assume) was phenomenal. His passion between putting each scoop into my bowl proves why this branch never lets me down. The flavor of the rice is probably how Mr Chipotle expected things to go. If this reviews goes unrecognized, I will call corporate, because this is life changing bowl. The service was a 10/10 and I just can’t get over this. Bravo. You’ve outdone yourself. Fin.
