  Out of almost everything when there was still an hour left until close. And workers were very rude when telling me. Very disappointing.

  I must give credit where it is due! I stopped in this Chipotle around 830p Tues., 6/30/26. I was skeptical on how much food would be left since the line was about 15 plus people deep. Baseball moms, dads, with kids and more. This location had at least 9 people working including a manager who jumped right in to effectively and efficiently move this line along. ALL employees were courtesy and stepping into action to help. Some got started cooking - others had a specific job to do. When it was my turn to order there was plenty of food still which was surprising unlike Romeoville location (never have gone back). I did also order chips. They were the only disappointment - the chips. When I got home they were as stale as stale could be...possibly due to the humidity as it was 100+ degrees outside. Other than that my food was very good and portion size was actually top tier as well. This location needs a KUDOS for all that they do servicing the customers! Way to go! I will be back to this location due to this fact!

  This chipotle is so dirty. It’s like they think it’s a race to get the bowls made, they spill everything in the process and create so much cross contamination. Not only that, they didn’t put the actual quesadilla in my kids quesadilla! They only put the sides. The green pepper in the fajitas still had the sticker on it. Just lazy and bad.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE PLACE to go to. I’ve never been to a chipotle where they did not cook the meat if they run out. It’s barely 6:30 and they said they don’t have any steak or chicken. The guy in the back is making it all by himself and yet there’s 3 other staffs just standing around looking at eachother. The guy who was cooking the chicken almost undercooked it because someone else come by and told him to turn up the heat and that it’s not done when he was going to put it in the tray lol. A bunch of kids working here not knowing what they’re doing. I should’ve looked at the reviews before I came here and to the manager that runs this place, you see all these complaints on here and yet do NOTHING to solve the issue. Hope this place closes down.

  This is Serious and concerning. I see the branch closes at 11:00pm. So what do customers think. You still have availability of menu options. I get there. I try to order a bowl. It came to barbecoa section. The staff was literally fishing with the tongs to find the beef peices. I was like is this the only thing you guys had left. He said yeah this is all we have. And the time was only 9:15 pm and they had still 1+ hours before closing. Nobody else is there to help the staff all by himself. And only a staff is cleaning while the other staff is yelling . And the one other staff using phone and not listening to help him when he is asking for help.. now after all the order. I asked for a receipt and they are like oh sorry the receipt machine is not working. I said "thats great". This reminds me of a friday market in kerala.(unfortunately). Without a receipt how will I prove i order a food that is bad Or any claims I need. This is a serious concern. And this location is a joke.
