I've been to a lot of chipotle locations due to I travel for work and most the time tortilla tares and then they add a second one or it is just super messy (understandable and not complaining) but the boys here wrapped it so tight even as eating it, it didn't fall apart! They need to train other locations on the proper technique to burrito wrapping! Haha seriously though

The store owner or management team clearly does not care about the severe decline in food quality and service, and I’ll be writing to the corporate store overseeing this franchise - like ASAP before someone gets terribly ill. If you are a customer considering the Bolingbrook location, please go to a different chipotle!

Anyways, this chipotle was dirty, the service was even nastier than the food and I worry for the employees, they look miserable . This was a waste of time . I was here around 8:30, and they were out of sour guac, corn, rice , and worst of all chicken… I got dbl chicken on a bowl , and it was scraped from the pan.. when I mentioned it wasn’t dbl chicken they just said they were out? And stared at me blankly…chipotle has definitely lost quality. Here are some cute photos from my visit. I ended up tossing my bowl.
