  I much prefer the Weber Rd. location, because I have yet to have a meal from that location that nearly breaks a tooth. When this location first opened, I called about my lentils being so solid that I hurt my tooth on a bite I took. They replaced my bowl no problem. Now I went back today after not going for a while, and the brown rice is just the same. Aside from nearly cracking a tooth twice now, everything is pretty good. But yeah, y'all gotta cook those grains just a liiiittle bit longer.

  Ardis went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made the entire atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to come across management that is both professional and genuinely caring, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be returning

  So my husband and I visited cava for the first time today and we had Claudia and she was amazing! Very helpful explaining all the different items and ingredients. Great customer service will definitely be back! The food is outstanding the blueberry soda delicious, and these pita chips are next level;)

  I visited yesterday, April 29, 2026, around 6:00 PM. Even though I was the only person in line, I was left waiting for quite a while while several employees stood around and appeared to avoid helping me. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience and that no one wanted to serve me. What made the experience more upsetting was noticing a clear difference in how other customers were treated. I’m Mexican, and when white customers came in after me, they were greeted and served with noticeably better attitudes than what I received. Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone, and unfortunately that was not my experience today. Because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt, I will not be returning.
