  I’m not sure what happened here…we had CAVA when it first opened, and the food was great (warm, fresh, good proportions of mains). Just ordered for pickup today and everything was just off. The restaurant didn’t seem super busy, but our order was delayed about 10 minutes. When we brought it home, everything was cold and seemed like it had been sitting there for about half an hour (we live about 3 minutes away and ordered grains bowls). Additionally, it seems like they’re skimping on mains and some of the mix ins. $50 for two bowls and a kids meal that are cold is ridiculous.

  Love coming here but just left cava and June 19th 2026 at 6:52 pm I had a Hispanic girl take my order acted like she didn’t really want to take my order slightly rude it’s disappointing because I always get good service here I just spend 29 dollars on a bowl with two pitas and when I asked for two pitas she was slightly annoyed, so I started to get annoyed because I came in with good energy. I definitely got some attitude from her and when she asked did I want a drink or anything I said no because I want nothing else from her. And she handed me my back lifting her fingers as if I was going to touch her … it’s never that serious but hopefully she doesn’t take my order again and if she doesn’t want to be there then, quit. Very disappointed. I didn’t even want to pay for my food anymore.

  All the pictures on their website show bowls that are full. Mine came and was about half full. Not sure if that is normal, but it was small. It did taste good though. Also, they didn’t include any napkins or fork in the delivery order, so makes it difficult when you are not delivering to your home.

  Such a rude staff. 5 of the drinks were out. The apparent assistance manager had such an attitude. Terrible service. Love Cava so very disappointed

  I really enjoyed the freshness of ingredients and the very patient servers as I navigated the menu. With the trend in Mediterranean diets its nice to have a local spot to visit. There are new tastes to discover and new ways to combine them.
