  Made the mistake and ordered the mushroom swiss burger. Looks nothing like the picture., was a slop of grease....8 hrs later i got poisoning from it . the food quality at this place gets worse and worse..

  Endless appetizer deal and 2 for $19.99 meal amazing. Don’t rip you off for kids drinks. Server Jess was very kind to our family. Excellent time and relaxed atmosphere. Just right for us for under $10/person. Thanks for a great dinner

  I called in today to make sure my wings had enough sauce expecting them to be wet but this is really over board the last couple times the had been dry and now even the bag is covered in sauce im sending this hopping i could get some type of compensation from corporate because this is truly wrong

  Group of four. Food is as expected. I rarely ever have a big issue with the food itself. But I still think BWW still overcooks their bone-in wings. What could be juicy and tender is more chewy and more dry than it should be. Some of this is mitigated by plenty of sauce, but there's no hiding the issue on wings with a dry rub. Service gets the job done. But is it asking too much for the server to be nominally friendly. Maybe even glad to see someone come in to give them a reason for having a job? At first I thought it was just our server until I looked around the room, and then later the manager when paying my bill. As far as atmosphere, why is the restaurants so dark and the music so bloody loud in the middle of the day? We we trying to have a conversation, but it was difficult, and we were in the quietest spot we could find. And no one asked, but my bill was $85 out the door! 30 total bone-in wings (including the Tues BOGO50% promo), appetizer platter, large fries, one lemonade, and 2 ice waters. This is getting out of control! When you join the alarming number of restaurants continuing to close their doors, remember BWW, I will miss you, but your demise was your own doing.

  This location is very clean and fast. The food is always fresh and comes out quick. The female manager is really nice. We've eaten at this location a couple times when we're in bolingbrook and wanting wings, hasn't disappointed me yet. Also, has plenty of parking.
