  My new Favorite place in Bolingbrook for Coffe & Refreshers ✨ the Staff is always so friendly & quick to take my order. Personally, I have not waited longer than 10 minutes for my order. You can never go wrong with a Blondie + extra espresso shot ☕️ if you sign up for their rewards, you will get notified when they have deals

  The worst milkshake I've ever had. When I asked the drivethue worker what milkshake flavors they had because the menu was so small they might as well not have menu and and all she said was we have all of them and nothing else.

  Upon arriving the workers lacked readiness. I was the only car in the drive thru and didn’t get greeted with that high energy I usually get greeted with. There was a moment where I had to wait for them to come up to me when again, there was no one in the drive thru, then they just straight jumped to what I wanted to order. Although the drinks I ordered were quick to be handed off, they seemed off. Coffee lovers know when the coffee they always order doesn’t seem right. Super upsetting visit and will not be coming back to this location.

  Absolutely so disappointed at our visit at the Bolingbrook 7 brew. I have yet to have a bad experience with this location or any 7 brew location until today. The employees seemed to have no idea how to do anything or get anything done. When taking our order, they told us they couldn’t do multiple orders per car. Which we have done many times before. Then she proceeded to say they didn’t have certain syrups when I know they do and eventually she figured it out. Then she informed us that she can’t take payments and we will have to pay when we get our drink. We then wait 25 min with only 5 cars ahead of us. When we finally reach the window our first 2 drinks come out and they taste nothing like they are supposed too nor do they look good. There was absolutely no flavor and no color in the drinks. Then we said we have another order in our car and the woman seemed so confused and we had to say it multiple times. Then that next order that we had came completely wrong and we had to ask them to add cream to a drink that was supposed to come with it. As well as more syrups in our drinks bc they simply had no flavor. The workers seemed to not work well with each other either. Fighting and arguing with each other and making rude comments to each other. I will not be coming back to this location if this is going to be the experience that we get. 7 brew is known for their quick process and making amazing flavor filled drinks and making them correctly. I love 7 brew with all my heart but I have never been more disappointed by them more than today. Everyone in our car is unsatisfied with their drink and won’t drink their drinks because they are so bland and incorrect even after we had the workers “fix” them. I don’t recommend this location.

  I love 7Brew. I get the same order everytime; a Bahama Mama with extra ice. I stopped coming to this particular one just because as of this THIRD visit and try? It seems adding extra ice is too much or remembering certain flavors to add on. Whole drink is HALF melted before I even left the drive thru and I can tell it’s clearly missing one of the flavor add ons. I go to any other 7brew and they do it just fine. It’s a shame this particular location they can’t follow basic instructions. I don’t know how they have so many positive reviews because every single time I’ve come to this particular 7Brew? They ALWAYS mess up the order.
