  Went through the drive through and ordered 3 sandwiches. When I got home one of the sandwiches was missing. Tried calling the restaurant 3 times but no one would answer, just kept getting a recording that said the mailbox was not taking messages.

  On yesterday I was having a medical emergency so I pulled up to eat. Not blocking anything a rude employee scared me down. I raise my window down and said OK raise it. She perceived to take my plate and said she calling the police. She never asked can she help just rushed to judgment. As s paying customer I have never been racially profile. I asked that you review your camera and even listen when I called back they lied and said I thought food. Time between the hours of 1 PM to 120. I was at fear for my life calling the police lying can get a black person killed. I had a medical emergency and needed a minute to raise my blood sugar. And recheck it.

  Quick and friendly. This store, in particular, was great. The problem is that the prices are out of control. We stopped in for some breakfast while on a road trip-we don’t often stop at McDonald’s but $25 for two value meals is a bit crazy.

  Went through drive-thru was pulled when they brought my food out was very pleasant and brought a basket full of condiments asking if I needed anything. This is the first time I was ever given this option kudo's

  Expect to wait 10 minutes per item. I ordered 3 items & it took 30 minutes! Me and my family stopped here last night while on our way back home from a roadtrip. We live in Wisconsin, so nowhere near Bloomington. I ordered first for me and 2 others. My Brother ordered for the rest of the family. My order was a Big Mac meal, Big Arch meal, and a Chicken Strips meal. My brother got his order first. And then several others who came into the restaurant got their orders before me. I knew something was off after 15 minutes, so I went to stand at the cash register/pickup area. After 5 more minutes, nobody even came to ask me if something was wrong. So I had to yell at them to get their attention. I told the worker my order and said my drinks are literally right behind him. He gave me my drinks and said we're just waiting on the fries, which was a damn lie. Several other customers continued to receive their orders, and what made it frustrating was, some of the stuff I saw people receive were literally stuff that I ordered. I ordered these same items 20 plus minutes ago, why is everyone getting theirs before me?!? Makes no damn sense. Then 10 to 15 minutes later, I finally get my stuff for me and 2 other family members, while the rest of my family is ALREADY DONE eating, since they got their food 30 plus minutes ago!!! It should not take 30 plus minutes for 3 meals!!!! The manager gave me 4 coupons for a free meal, however they can only be redeemed in the Bloomington area. I don't live anywhere near Bloomington! I want a refund. Waiting over 30 minutes for 3 fast food meals is ridiculous! Oh and while I was waiting, at the front, I saw plenty of drive-thru customers come in complaining about not receiving all of their food. Even my Brother was missing a meal from his order. This location clearly needs some re-training or something.
