  Just terrible experience. People are rude, place only had a few donuts actually available. What is the point of being open if you dont want customers?

  Visited the drive through this morning and asked for the 24-ct Dots to share with coworkers. Upon opening the box, the so called Dots were simply day old donuts that were cut into smaller pieces. They were stale and several people commented how disappointed they were with the batch. Normally get really good donuts at this location, but I was disappointed with this visit.

  Live over an hour away so whenever I get the chance to pass through Krispe Kreme is always one of the places I want to stop by but the last two or three times it seems like they never have any donuts in stock. Completely out of the basic glazed which you would think is the one thing they’d keep in stock. And then almost any other one you try to order gets a reply of “we’re out of that one too”. Only saving grace was that this time she only charged me for the original glazed instead of upcharhing me specialty price since those were the only ones available. It’s especially disappointing because it’s also hours before closing time. Management definitely seems to need to step up.

  Well, it was my first time to a Krispy Kreme in ten years It was disappointing No hot light, or actual donuts being made I bought two dozen to bring home to close family so it was a wide variety of the basic glazed to the Artemis and Easter specials Immediately I could see the "shrinker" in comparison size But many didn't look fresh. On e in hand, we opened the box on the way home and we're equally disappointed by the taste. They were ...fine Just fine But in comparison to other donut places, from box stores like Casey's to Schnucks They were smaller, less fresh, and less tasty in my opinion I don't know anything about donuts Cost, or why it is 25$ a dozen at once place and 12$ at another But to me Krispy Kreme was a "luxury" back in the day And these two dozen, sat in a house with children until they spoiled (which was quick) And that to me, is the important review Will my family eat it? Maybe they changed things to adapt to our economy right now, maybe I caught them on a bad day.
