  This place is an absolute joke. Not once but twice now, my order has been "out for delivery" for over 40 minutes. I'm literally 4 blocks away. Don't bother calling to inquire about your order, you'll get nothing but attitude. The $8.99 special ends up being over $17.00 with tax, delivery fee, and tip. Don't waste your time and money. Maybe I'm just hangry because I've been patiently waiting for over 40 minutes for my lunch. Finally delivered 50 minutes after it was "out for delivery ". Definitely NOT freaky fast!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We placed our order ahead of time expecting it to be ready when we arrived, but it wasn’t even started. We ended up sitting in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes just to receive our food. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, and unfortunately that didn’t happen. There was no communication or apology for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. I understand places get busy, but waiting half an hour after ordering in advance is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues because this definitely wasn’t the level of service I expected.

  0/3 tries for me. First time I came here I went to the drive through was there over 5 mins and no one tended to me. I came inside and asked what was going on, no one had a headset on. Then I had to wait longer than usual because the worker didn't know how to make my wrap. Then a few weeks later inroder delivery the "freaky fast" delivery took over 40 mins. 30 mins in I called and asked what was taking so long at the same time my driver went back to the store because he forgot chips to an order that wasn't mine. So he drove around, delivered food, realized he left chips, went back to the store, dropped off chips then dropped my order off, mind you I'm like 3 minutes from the store. The manager was nice and took my name down for a free sandwich so great deescalation skills there. Then today I go inside to get my free sandwich ask for it to be the thai wrap and was given the wrap but with mayo. I've had this wrap a million times no mayo comes on it o check the menu description no where does it say mayo. Now my wrap is a slush of too much thai sauce mixed with mayo. Whole on a diet and counting calories this is not what I needed. Needless to say I think Ill leave this JJ alone and go to a different location or jersey mikes or something because three times in a row is a consistently I can't get behind of

  I didnt see where the driver left my food, so I called the restaurant and they were very kind and responsive. I just didnt see where he had put it, but I really appreciate their prompt and kind response even though it was my bad. Also, my sandwich was perfect.
