  I just feel like you should close if you're out of French bread. Thats literally the bread your business is built on. The wheat is not a good alternative. There is no Jimmy John's without the French bread. Please be so serious. Im not trying to be a Karen but full price for some grocery store wheat bread is crazy and disrespectful. Just please close next time, it would be better for everyone.

  Bad service, attendant wouldn’t give me my change. Said her manager was in bathroom didn’t know when he was going to return. Very rude! She laughed thought it was funny. Never did get my change. Won’t return here! 5/12 8:13 pm nobody came back to window. Got home sandwich sloppy messy, onions smelled outdated. Couldn’t eat it, bad onions will make you ill! Total loss, jokes on me I guess. Very disappointing

  I placed a pickup order without customizing my sandwich. I called and the person I spoke to was super friendly and they remade my sandwich for me! Great service!

  Way too slow for Jimmy Johns, nkt worth it. Food here is good, but waited 45min in drive thru... and I placed the order ahead. Was ready when I pulled up to windows almost an hr later, so my sandwich was soggy. Last time I visited was a 30min wait, and that wasnt at peak lunch time (130pm). Either they need more people or they need to have these large orders park and go inside. Waiting 30-45m for a sandwich is a joke, considering the JJ down the street is usually a 2 min wait. Don't go here.
