    I truly love šŸ˜ their coffee ā˜• iced coffee with Oak milk with 1 shot of Carmel and 1 shot of Salted Caramel. Yes, I love extra sweet! ā¤ļø I need to find that Oak milk! šŸ©·

    Typical Dutch Bros visit. Several cars in line. Greeted by friendly workers. Line moved at a decent pace. Drinks were as expected.

    They need a better system at the pick up window. Every time I go to pick up my app order, there's maybe two people waiting, so I stand behind whoever is next. They have two signs for lines, so by the time it's my turn, people have formed a line, making it look like I'm cutting the line. So many people these days don't understand first come first serve and the staff doesn't help with this either.Just yesterday, this happened again. The girl was at the window and before I could say anything, she cut me off to go get a drink, then made me wait longer, all while my drinks were ready, just sitting there. She was condescending and rude. The iced coffee had a weird taste and so much ice in it, I was nearly done with it walking back to my car. The first drink I ever got was an energy drink that was so sour I could barely drink it. I've tried twice now wanting to like this place.

    I've tried multiple drinks/ flavors so far between the iced coffees, chai lattes, and lemonades and they've all been great (no complaints there). I've only tried 1 food item and it tasted like a frozen breakfast sandwich that was microwaved or something and it more than likely was so I shouldn't be surprised but it was definitely still a little cold/lukewarm in the middle of it. Now my biggest complaint and I know this is going to sound like debbie downer energy .... but if you guys are going to yammer so much can you at least remind people to scan for rewards? Don't get me wrong I love the friendliness, but when it's non stop talking/ questions that someone can't remember to ask that you scan their app for rewards it's a bit much. Thanks!
