    Coffee is great…food is fine. It’s mostly pre-packaged baked goods made in a central warehouse. Service is great despite the crowds and the line moves quickly. Mobile app + pick up window is typically the fastest path to coffee.

    I can't remember the girls name but she's black and gorgeous and she is always SOOOO kind, there's also an ALT black guy baddie that is super kind. The other ladies are always SO dope as well! The consistency in the drinks are what makes me come back. The vibes are immaculate and I am so grateful for the service! Thank y'all and see ya soon. ✨🫅🏾

    The coffee is fine but don't order anything else besides the coffee. Fruit smoothies? Not really, no fruit just syrup and ice. Milkshake? Nope, it's just chocolate syrup and ice. They're more like an icee than a Milkshake or smoothie.

    I have gone 4 times now, and the training and hiring process for employees has to be impeccable! Each person has made me smile! I can tell they like to start with a compliment, but they are also great at engaging conversation while you wait! The coffee is actually a treat! Enjoyable, and doesn't make you regret a little splurge. I had the pumpkin latte yesterday, and returned to get one for a friend as a surprise! I ended up with the cookie butter as a second treat of the day! I'm someone who doesn't often so coffee stops, so I figured I should write a review on why I enjoy Dutch Bros so much!

    My friend and I drove from Peoria to the Bloomington, IL Dutch Bros location. I ordered the Caramel Pumpkin Breve Iced Latte, she ordered a dark chocolate espresso type of latte and we got a third drink for our friend, an iced Annihilator. Both mine and our third friend’s drink were not good, there was absolutely no flavor. I did see inside that the employees were experiencing a rush and working quickly to get drinks made, which I can understand, having worked in the service/food industry. However, I wouldn’t mind having waited longer for my drink, knowing it had been made correctly and was of quality. This is my second time trying Dutch Bros coffee, first time was in Phoenix, AZ. Both times it has been so incredibly mid. I’d much rather support a quality, small business owned coffee shop.
