  Super disappointed at the hype. Love ice tea so for my free drink ordered black ice tea. Super disappointed! Was like weak green tea instead of black. Won’t go back. Go to Starbucks , Dunkin for better tea. Or Circle K .

  I’ve enjoyed Dutch Bros in many states for over a decade. My husband and I always order the same drinks. I get the carburetor, he gets a flavored rebel. We have been to this location 20+ times and half of those times our drinks have been made wrong. Not using the right milk even though I specify it in the drive thru AND at the window. Once they didn’t put sugar free chocolate in it (it was white) then tried to argue that they did? Once my husband’s rebel had NO flavoring in it just straight soda water no syrup. Many times he has asked for light ice and we’ve PAID for that and it’s ice filling his entire cup. After waiting in the drive thru line we’ve had to park and walk up to wait in line to get the drink fixed, or just throw it away. When you wait 30-45 mins to get drinks and pay $19 for two drinks I expect it to be right. I gave grace as it’s a new location but after getting my drink wrong again yesterday (I’ve thrown 3 drinks away so far) We won’t be back for awhile. Employees need to be educated on making these drinks or supervised better while making these drinks until they learn. We have never had our drinks made wrong in many states until this location.

  Had to delete my original review. Ordering ahead is pointless. I still end up waiting 30+ minutes. I heard they don’t start the order until you check in.. defeats the purpose. Food isn’t all that great my bacon sandwich was cold and the bacon was hardly cooked. May just need to stick to Dunkin or other local shops!

  When I tell you that I have been waiting *for years* to get a Dutch Bros in the midwest. Being from Spokane, WA where they're on every street corner and such a huge part of social life there, and then moving to a tiny village in the middle of Illinois, I cried happy tears when my husband and I were in line for the first time in Bloomington. It was *exactly* as we remembered and, despite being an hour away, we've already come back a couple times. The line is long but we expected that because it's so new. It'll calm down eventually. Mr. Parker, thank you from the bottom of this Pacific Northwesterners heart. You made it feel like I was close to all the family back home for just a second. I will always recommend the classic Caramelizer as a blended coffee. Also, the White Angel and Kicker. They make amazing energy drink combos too. Our favorites are the Dino Egg, Shark attack, and just about anything with fruit flavor. The teas are amazing if you're not wanting something with a lot of caffeine. 10/10. Try it all.

  This place take 45 minutes to make coffee every time. Even if you do a pick up order with a set time it won’t be ready anytime close to what you set it for. The flavor of the coffee has been extremely below average too either way too sweet or flavor completely off. Gave this place three chances, never again.
