  Every blizzard i have ever gotten from here has been garbage. As soon as i get handed the cup it collapses like it was never solid. Not acceptable please do better

  No matter what day or time we go, the results are the same. They do not know how to make blizzards properly. There’s always too much stuff in them. Normally we’d be happy, but this is TOO much, overkill. They can’t make anything with strawberries in it either because they can’t get the right amount to not make it soupy. In general, they always have soupy blizzards no matter the kind. Like they make them and let them sit sometimes. We’ve taken back our blizzards 3 times now and had them remake them. They’re always very nice about it. This one is closest to us, but I guess we’ll have to go elsewhere.

  ordered a blizzard they gave me a plain cup of vanilla, I asked kindly if they could add toppings the worker said no

  This is the second time they have messed up our order. Messed up so bad that it’s having me question if the employees are intoxicated or high. Forgetting a sauce as a side? Okay, whatever. Forgetting whole blizzards, whole sides, not tossing my tenders? I work in food service and this place is horrible. I wouldn’t leave a bad review unless I actually felt scammed by this place, which I did. Get better management or employees, please. Do something.
