- MNMark N2 days ago4.0The food was good. And sitting outside on a beautiful day was epic. But inside it's so loud. They have music and the sound of workers and customers it makes it very noisy. If you have any sensitivity to noise I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurant.

Food was delicious and Olivia, a manager or lead there completely blew me away. She was so kind to explain everything as I am newer to chipotle and made the process so smooth. You could see food all around and looks like the team had just recovered from lunch rush. But she was so kind, patient, and helpful and helpful with my daugther and I 10 out of 10. Please take care of her. She's a great staff member. I overheard her training as well and still balanced the food line perfectly ❤️

Pretty much told I could go elsewhere. I stated I am going to place a bad review online to the manager and he said go ahead. He said don't talk or treat my staff badly. I said I am the customer here With a score of 3.6, they might want to look at previous reviews.

The staff seemed more focused on joking around with each other than paying attention to customers, while the supervisor stood in the background laughing it off instead of addressing it professionally. On top of that, the food quality was poor — the beef was dry, the chicken was dry, and the guacamole was extremely salty. It really makes me wonder if the food is being tasted or checked before it’s served to customers. I expected much better.
