  Ashley absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was our bartender, hostess, and server and somehow didn’t miss a beat. Drinks and appetizers were at our table within 5 minutes, and our entrées came out in under 15. That alone is impressive, but what really stood out was her awareness and care. My brother and I had stepped away from the ER while our mom was going through more testing, and Ashley created a space where we could actually breathe for a minute. She was attentive without hovering, kind without being over the top—just genuinely good at what she does. Because of her, we were able to relax, eat, and reset in the middle of a stressful situation. Moments like that matter more than people realize. We’re heading back now to help move our mom to ICU for continued care, but we’re doing it a little more grounded thanks to Ashley! Thank you, seriously!!

  1st off, had the most disrespectful waitress, who spoke back to a customer about dirty silverware. Next brought in the manager who had great customer service. Food took over an hour to get with a large party. No wonder there are multiple locations closing.

  Summary: ive never received such bad service. do not come here. Bottomless apps are not actually bottomless because your server will never come back after taking the initial order. Also didn’t have anything to drink for 1 hour of the 1.5 hours we were there. Went for the bottomless apps. Also got boneless wings and water. Wings arrived with the appetizers. Ran out of water and waiter didn’t bring us refills once and ignored our table for thirty minutes. Finally came back and asked if we were ready for the check. We said no we want to order more bottomless apps. And also needed water. He brought the apps and no water. Kept ignoring our table. Another twenty minutes went by and he asked if we wanted more water. We said yes and the check please. He brought the check and no water. We gave up.

  It's hit or miss. Last time we went out to forever and there was hardly anyone there. The food wasn't that good but it's what we ordered, not the best choice. And they went pretty light on the fries. But the time before it was really good and better service. Overall the food is good and they have some nice deals. We'll go back.
