  We’ve always had good experiences here, and I want to recognize the employee who helped us initially. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions, letting us know the product we were looking for would be arriving the next day. Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager the following day was the complete opposite. He seemed irritated by our questions and made us feel like we were a burden for simply asking about a product. Customers should feel welcome to ask about products without feeling like an inconvenience, especially when speaking with a manager. I hope to see better customer service, particularly from management, on future visits.

  The experience and product were fine. However I had some concerns with the opinion of 2 of 3 cashiers in regards to cheese cracker preferences. With a choice between Cheezits or Goldfish, two of the cashiers had the audacity to claim Goldfish as superior. Obviously Cheezits are orders of magnitude better that Goldfish. Goldfish are what you give a toddler. Those of more mature palettes outgrow such things and enjoy the satisfaction of The Cheezit. The Cheezits very existence is all the proof one needs to know that a loving God presides overall. Hopefully Binny's management addresses this issue with its staff and pays more attention to cheese cracker preference during the hiring process .
