  We were running errands and passed by the Arby's in south Bloomington. We decided to stop in for roast beef. It had been a couple of years since we had been to an Arby's. The good stuff first. The place was not just the cleanest fast food place I've been to, it was among the cleanest restaurants I've been to. Nick waited on us and was extremely courteous, as was the rest of the staff we interacted with. The roast beef sandwiches were as expected - very good. I like using both the horsey sauce and the Ar-b-q on the roast beef. The crinkle cut French fries were some of the best I've had. They were hot and soft on the inside - and more importantly they were crispy on the outside. I hate ordering crinkle cut fries that are mushy. Even some high end restaurants fail in that area. Now the bad stuff. The curly fries (yes, we got both) tasted fine but they were all very small cuts. Maybe it was the end of the bag and all the small ones had made their way to the bottom. That was really the only negative. Absent that I'd have given the food 5 stars too. In the past we've tried most of the specialty sandwiches Arby's had come out with, but none of them were ever as good as their plain roast beef. I can't speak for other Arby's locations - in fact we've been to a couple that we'll never return to - but we're gonna come back to this one.

  Haven't eaten the food yet but the man prepairing the online orders was not wearing gloves and his bare hand was making contact with many orders of fries including mine. I saw the lady that was making sandwiches was wearing gloves but the lady making fries was not. Also saw a piece of roast beef just being constanty smeared over and over on the meat cutter machine and that cutter machine visibly looked gross. I am dissapointed in the health practices

  Excellent Arby's location. Thankfully close to our house. Shift manager Rebecca P. gave us exceptional service & experience. Definitely recommend.
