  This location has been consistently disappointing. They seem overly focused on nickel-and-diming customers with extra charges for sauces and other unnecessary upcharges that I haven’t experienced at other McDonald’s locations. More frustrating, though, is the repeated inaccuracy with orders. On several recent visits, I’ve received the wrong drink, had items missing, or didn’t get what I paid for. When I contacted management, the response was dismissive and rude, with little effort to actually resolve the issue beyond saying they’d “do better next time.” At a minimum, I would expect a refund or credit for missing items rather than empty promises. Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I’ll be choosing a different McDonald’s location moving forward.

  Ordered a "Deluxe" chicken sandwich, which cost over $5, and received this sad little piece of chicken. Definitely overpriced food for what it is, McDonald's seems to forget who they are. Gave it 3 stars only because their workers are nice and the fries are tasty.

  Ordering here is an absolute nightmare. I been here 3 times giving them a chance to redeem themselves and its the same thing each time. My order was the same each time and they have . Managed to screw it up. I order a meal deal number and add ONE additional cheeseburger the same way as the rest and without fail, I drive away and I get a cheese burger WITHOUT CHEESE...TWO OTHER CHEESEBURGERS WITHOUT CHEESE AND PLAIN?! The last time I ordered I explained to the lady the same order and she kept adding another fry? I told her 4 times politely that the order wasn't correct. She finally repeats the order correctly so I think everything is clear and the orders correct.....nope yet again! Do better and don't have employees that have obviously been undertrained or humongous language barriers. Pass this one by the staff is obviously undertrained and the manager must be absolutely oblivious or just as undertrained. This location is a disappointment.

  Went through the drive thru and when I pulled up to pay they charged me for wrong order. They never even read the order back to check it was the correct order. Very unprofessional. After we told them it was the wrong order charged they held my card and instead of refunding my money they decided that giving me the difference back in cash was okay. I wanted a refund but that was never even given as an option. I will not be back to this establishment. Today's interaction will have me driving farther just to ensure good and attentive customer service.
