I went in and got a free bagel with my points, only for the person behind the counter to charge me anyways. When I showed them that all of my 1500 points had been taken from my account and requested it be taken off, I was practically cussed out by the employee and told I had to pay for the bagel anyways. Can’t bring my business to a place that doesn’t respect its customers to the LOWEST standard

The facilities were superb as well, very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to stop by. Definitely one of the better locations around!
