- MTMaria De La Torre2 days ago1.0Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes, received cold food, team members were not prepared didn’t have any drinks there was no urgency even after we were there past close times, and they’re was no apology for the wait or the cold food, which i understand we did order 10 minutes before closing but it should not be an excuse to be stuck in a drive thru for 15 minutes and get to the window and team members slacking customer service and having no urgency to get their line out.
