It’s totally understandable that the place will be busy and will take a little while but even when it wasn’t as busy, I still had to wait a whole hour for my drink that tasted like milk and sweetener when it’s supposed to be a macchiato . Once I was given my drink, I was still in line waiting another additional 20 mins just to get out because there were still 4 cars in front of me waiting on drink. This place needs more staff to help the process go faster if it’s going to promote it being “a quick and quality experience”. This was very disappointing

What a nightmare! My husband and I waited over 40 minutes for 2 drinks. I understand this place is still new, but they need more staff. The girl who took our order was so confused. My husband ordered a hot brunette Americano sugar free (hazelnut and caramel) and she asked him what kind of milk he wants. Americano is black coffee and water - there’s no milk. So we already knew his was going to be wrong or taste weird before we even received it. I ordered a German chocolate iced latte and it was mostly milk, didn’t taste like the coconut or caramel. My husbands drink was hot water with flavoring. There was no coffee in this. This is unacceptable! Do they not provide any training to their employees before having them make COFFEE drinks? We would have turned around and gotten a refund or complained but the line is way too long.

I heard the buzz about this new drive through based coffee shop near the old Stratford Mall site. The line always seemed packed, so I figured it had to be worth the wait. It wasn’t. I ordered the German Chocolate Iced Latte, hoping for a rich, chocolatey, coconut-forward drink. What I got was something that tasted like plain milk. No chocolate, no coconut, no depth of flavor whatsoever. After two sips, it went straight in the trash. I couldn’t justify drinking any more of it. On top of the disappointing drink, the wait time was nearly 30 minutes. For a coffee. The shop appears seriously understaffed for the volume of customers they’re pulling in, and unfortunately the product doesn’t come close to justifying that kind of patience. This place is below mediocre. I genuinely don’t understand the hype. Save your time and your money.

We caught them in a slower moment of the day so we decided to see what the hype was. Immediately had to wait even though other car orders were taken cause the group of woman were huddled together talking and laughing and just looking at us and other cars pulling up. Once they finally decided to help us, we order the Blondie with oatmilk and one with almond milk. Got them and the espresso shots were burnt and generally not pulled properly. Additionally it had regular milk so that triggered allergic reactions. Wasted money and time and certainly would not recommend. We considered going back and give them a second chance but dont want to waste the money.

We pull up into the left lane. While there we are asked to go over to the right lane. No problem, we move over to that lane. We then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for the employee to chit chat with her friend who was in front of us at the drive thru. After 10 min we honked as maybe a little reminder that there are customers still waiting. So the friend of the employee drives up, and the employee follows to continue their conversation with her friend, rather than taking our order. So we just go BACK into the original lane we were in. Here it was nothing short of incompetence. We ordered a quad espresso over ice. She asked if we wanted Americano. I said no, just espresso. She said so you want an Americano, that’s espresso? I said right. I understand what an americano is, that’s not what we want. She said, as if I was the stupid one, that an Americano is just espresso with water, so that’s what we’re looking for. I said no, we just want the espresso, no water. She said she would note it. Okay sure. Then I order an iced tea. She asks if it’s hot or iced… and I ordered a medium vanilla cappuccino. She asks what size? As if I haven’t already answered. Meanwhile it’s raining and rain is pouring into our car because this girl cannot understand what we are ordering. So then we get up to drink pickup. The girl that took our order left the espresso as an Americano. She never put that there’s no water, as she said she would. Overall there’s a lack of professionalism and training. This was a complete waste of time. I wanted to support them over Starbucks, but I can’t say that I will be back after that mess.
