  Obviously we did not have food here, but the service in this long, long line was still as kind as can be. And they know how long you sit in your car to get your drink. So be kind, because these young people working all types of weather. As for the drinks, they were spot on every single one of Em. We ordered six different drinks for family members and not one person had a complaint. However, we did go back the next day for more. Never going to Starbucks again!

  Kept driving by seeing the monster lines so today was no lines and I figured why not. Got the recommended Medium Blondie which was really good but $6.47 for a medium coffee is insane! Probably my last time but hey you do you people…

  I come to this location almost daily and order the exact same drink, yet somehow it tastes different nearly every time. I also routinely ask if the chiller machine is working because there have been multiple occasions when it’s been down or “being cleaned.” Hand blending is an option, but it does not taste the same, and when you’re paying $6+ for a coffee, it’s reasonable to expect it to be made properly. What’s most frustrating is the attitude from the employees when I simply ask if the machine is working. Looks are exchanged, snarky comments are made, all happening right in front of me lol Management at this 7 Brew location really needs to address both consistency and customer service. Regular customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question about their order.

  We've visited a few times this week and each time the service and drinks have been amazing!! Adelaide was one of our baristas and she was patient with my larger order and got everything perfectly right! Love this place!

  The last two times we came to this location we got our drinks before the cars in front of us (1st time 4 cars) (2nd time 2 cars) then we have to sit there and wait 15-20minutes? I get it if our drinks are ready but why are they ready before the cars in front of us? And each time the other lane moved more quickly. We will be giving the other location on lake street a try hopefully we don’t have the same issue.
