  Look, I want this place to succeed I live in Bethalto love Jimmy John’s however, our experience here has been less than satisfactory to say the least the last time we ordered here there was no cheese on my tuna sandwich and I ordered the tuna club which comes with double provolone and I had no cheese. I even kept my order simple trying to simplify it for the staff so there was no confusion still it was wrong the time before that we literally were the only person in the drive-through and waited over 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches but once again trying to be patient I know that there are new employees, etc., etc. so here we are trying it again because like I said, we want this to succeed we place our order online. My wife goes to pick it up and guess what we’re told. There’s no bread now how in the world are you gonna be a sandwich shop and not have bread at 6:30 PM come on guys this is ridiculous management needs to take control and lead this team. Otherwise Jimmy John’s is gonna close as fast as it opened here in Bethalto. So here we are taking our business back to Subway. Never once have they not had bread. The only reason that I’m giving this two stars and not one star is simply the fact that I want this to succeed otherwise it would just be a one star you guys have got to do better. This is ridiculous!

  I just sat in line with 3 people ahead of me for 47 minutes to finally get my one sandwich. 1 of the cars infront of me left before getting their food. I waited that entire time and for some reason my sandwich had one piece of turkey on it and had 1 more piece of bacon more than regular even though I paid for extra. Make the drive to woodriver so your food is correct and you dont have to wait almost an hour for a sandwich. Even with 5 or 6 people "working" standing around looking at each other and talking , you wont get it freaky fast here

  Got it delivered. Good overall, the sandwiches were fine but the delivery was very fast. Good addition to Bethalto.

  I ordered through door dash.Food was good,but the sandwich wasn’t cut at all and it wasn’t packaged very good.I was missing 3 potato salads.
