  Had my order completely wrong looked sloppy and forgot half of the stuff workers where rude and had handed up the phone on me than didn't fix my food.

  I didn't think it could get worse than Wood River Jimmy Johns....I was so, so wrong. This is the store that made me eat my words about Wood River.

  Im usually talking bad about restaurants, but Jimmy John’s has always been fire, I always get the bootlegger (cold) but today I got the toasted roast beef and cheddar, and it was top tier. Don’t hesitate on it.

  Placed my order through the app for pickup through the drive thru and got hassled for requesting no ice in my drinks when I got there. they had already poured them to sit on the counter until I arrived, apparently. then they only filled my drinks up half way. Irritating. The food was otherwise fine.

  ⭐ 1/5 - Deceptive delivery routing, uber eats driver got screwed I ordered through the Jimmy John's website for delivery to my house, about 2.5 miles from the store. I left a $2 tip, which is fair for that distance. What they didn't tell me at checkout: they routed my order through Uber Eats instead of using their own drivers. The Uber driver ended up coming from over 15 miles away — across state lines — for that same $2 tip that I could not adjust. I had no way to know this ahead of time, and after delivery, I couldn't add more tip because I ordered through Jimmy John's site, not Uber. So the driver lost money on gas and time, I feel guilty for something I couldn't control, and Jimmy John's corporate pocketed the delivery fee while hiding all of this from me. Be honest with your customers. If you're using Uber Eats, say so at checkout. Let us tip accordingly. This was sneaky, unfair to both customers and drivers, and is just terrible. Won't be ordering again until this changes.
