  The worst McDonalds ever , not only you guys have the worst employees but the rudest employees ever , every time I come in this locations OH MY GOD !! The employees can never get the order right never every time I come here it’s never a miss when my order is wrong. I went to get breakfast today in the morning I order sausage McGriddles , why in the actual world did I get 6 McMuffin and dry as hell too .. coffee isn’t made right coffee soo disgusting with no flavor it’s like you guys don’t put no sugar… do better and higher better people . Out here playing with peoples money and food like food is cheap!!!!

  The food is so good here don’t get me wrong always fresh but never fast. I always have to park away to wait for my food at the drive thru. I also alwaysssss have to wait over 10 minutes or longer! For a mcchicken and a sundae… the food and atmosphere is amazing just wish they were quicker with my food. It’s always a common thing.

  Ordered on drive thru learned that they have the new kiosk with ai voice had to repeat myself but still got the order wrong went to pay told the lady to change something she got mad saying the screen says what it says i replied saying that i kept repeating myself on the kiosk and she still gave attitude

  PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THE APP FOR DRIVE THROUGH 04/09/2026 7:12pm REDEEMED WITH POINTS A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. I WAITED WHAT I FELT WAS LONGER THAN USUAL SO I REQUESTED A COMPLEMENTARY FRY. EMPLOYEE STATED HE COULDN'T DO THAT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A "MANAGER".. SO THE SO CALLED MANAGER (GIOVANNI) ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS I STATED IF I COULD GET A COMPLEMENTARY FRY. HE ASKED WHY, I STATED FOR THE WAIT. HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO THAT AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO DO THAT..I STATED OK THEN I WANT A REFUND.. WHICH CLEARLY STATES THROUGH THE APP NO CANCELATION.. DO YOU KNOW GIOVANNI INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING EVEN A SMALL FRY TOOK THE BURGER CREATED WASTE TOLD ME THAT I WAS DOING TOO MUCH AND CONTINUED TO GIVE ME A CASH REFUND PLUS THE TAX ON A BURGER I DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR.. WHICH I WAS ECSTATIC ABOUT I NEVER KNEW THEY COULD GIVE ME A CASH REFUND ON AN ORDER I REDEEMED WITH MY POINTS THROUGH THE APP..... IT WAS AS IF I SOLD MCDONALDS A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 AT THAT POINT I COULDN'T EVEN BE MAD OR UPSET ALL I CAN DO IS REPORT TO GM CORPORATE AND REGIONAL MANAGER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT KIND OF PERSON THEY HAVE AS A MANAGER WORKING AT THIS LOCATION WHICH IS OBVIOUS HE'S STILL A TEENAGER AND HAD ALLOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MCDONALD'S POLICY, WASTE, REFUNDS, APP POLICY , AND SO MUCH MORE THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD NOT BE LEFT ALONE AS MANAGER OR EVEN AN EMPLOYEE BUT LIKE I SAID HOW CAN I BE UPSET I GOT MONEY BACK ON A BURGER THAT I DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR..DIABOLICAL..I TOOK THE MONEY AND WENT TO PORTILLOS AND GOT THE 9.99 DEAL FOR A BURGER FRIES AND A DRINK... THANKS GIOVANNI... WAY BETTER QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.... RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM... DONE AND SUBMITTED
