I live nearby stopped in for a box of Joe and 1/2 dozen doughnuts. I was the only customer and I had to pull up and wait which I did patiently. They came out gave me my order and said we are out of individual creamer so we gave you a full cup of creamer, I thanked her. Got to my home where family is visiting and 2 people served coffee and came to show me the creamer was spoiled! Creamer even had small chunks in it which had to be seen when it was being poured. Tried calling the store NO ANSWER! Unreal...stick to the Harlem location DO NOT GO HERE the service stinks every single time.
Very clean store & friendly employees !!
Would definitely recommend this store to anyone 💯

I love dunkin. I don't ever leave bad reviews. I've been thinking about whether or not reviewing this location.
I decided to give it another try.
And another try, and another, and another. 5 plus times.
I'd say "well maybe they just had a bad day."
"Next time they'll get the drink right."
"Maybe I just got the last stale doughnut."
But after time and time of bad orders I just stopped going and this dunkin definitely needs work.
On one occasion an employee was speaking out loud by the window saying she "didn't sign up for this" with an attitude.
Twice upon ordering through the intercom, two different employees could be heard talking. Not sure if it's a thing of turning mic off. Not sure if they were aware. It was very confusing.
Overall bad experiences every single time. I do not go to this dunkin location anymore. I've given it many tries and it always fails.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a few times, but today was my last visit. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I can sympathize with that. However, when the same kind of experience happens repeatedly, it becomes a pattern rather than a one-time issue.
The person taking orders over the intercom was incredibly rude and had an attitude throughout the entire interaction. Having worked in both fast food and the restaurant industry, I understand that things can get stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating customers or coworkers disrespectfully.
I ordered the $6 meal deal and requested a substitution, which I’ve been allowed to make at several other Dunkin’ locations on multiple occasions. When I asked, I was told, “No, we can’t do that.” I would have had absolutely no problem with that answer if it had been explained politely, especially if substitutions aren’t permitted under the deal. Instead, she started complaining about it over the intercom to her coworkers and continued giving me attitude for the rest of the order.
The guy who handed me my order was actually pretty chill, so I don’t blame him for the experience. He forgot my receipt, and I noticed the same woman watching him from the back. The entire interaction just felt unnecessarily negative.
Nobody expects employees to be perfect or cheerful every second of the day, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum. I hope management addresses how customers are being treated, because this kind of attitude is enough to make someone take their business elsewhere.
Whatever this employee may be going through personally, I genuinely hope things get better for her. But customers shouldn’t have to deal with that negativity when they’re simply trying to order breakfast.

Cashier lady is very rude and disrespectful. not nice at all. Doesn't even give me time to check if I have my order complete. She gives it to me and wants me move away from the drive thru window right away. I would understand if the place was busy with a line behind me. There was Noone. Just myself. The same on the receipt had Angel Avila. If it's the same lady, you need training.
