  Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. When I asked an employee to check on it, her reply was, "We're really busy." I don't think her tone of voice could've been any ruder. While I waited, at least 20 vehicles went through the drive thru. 10 minutes later, my food came out, and was lukewarm. I asked to have it remade. The "remade food" was brought out in less than 2 minutes. Remade? I think not. I won't go back there again. I'll go elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

  I commonly like my food but there was a piece of hair in my breakfast burrito and I am 20 weeks pregnant and feel extremely sick now

  I had a fantastic experience with Shauna, she's very nice and thoughtful and very kind. She's my favorite person at Sonic. Not only that but she can really make a fantastic slushy. 10/10 experience
