  I couldn’t wait to get the chicken salad sandwich they keep advertising. It looks nothing like what is advertised and was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at Arby’s. One tiny piece of grape and three large chunks of apple was in the sandwich and the flavor was nothing like chicken salad. Also, they were out of the bread it was supposed to be on and to top it all off, exact cash or cards only. I’ll stick to my regular order from now on.

  6-5-26 my mom and I had lunch at Arby's and they were at 10:58 a.m. a few minutes before 11 like they were supposed to be so we both ordered the new shredded bbq sandwich, crinkled fries, curly fries and chicken tenders and our drinks so by the time we had gotten our drinks they had already called our name so we took our drinks and food to our table sat down and took a bite of our sandwiches and there was a TON of fat on my mom's sandwich and some on mine plus the crinkle fries and curly fries were cold and the chicken tenders were still FROZEN it was the worst food and experience that we have ever had and we have never had any problems eating at Arby's before probably won't be going back for a while and this was at the Arby's on West Main in Benton Illinois

  New. Great service. Kind, competent employees. You don't get this at most fast food places these days. They brought food to patrons when there was a wait instead of baking a name and making them come her it. Not a long wait. Food quality and prep front better here than most places too.
