  This evening we visited at 8:55 p.m and had a very TERRIBLE experience. Today is my birthday, and I have been very sick with cancer and chemo therapy, and today is the 1st time ive been well enough to leave my home. I have been craving a chicken, bacon, swiss since the beginning of my cancer journey. I finally got the opportunity to get my favorite sandwich and it was ruined by the older female employee. I even called ahead at 8:50 to be sure they had the sandwich. Once we arrive and ordered i asked for no vegetables as my immune system is very weak and theres been many recalls on vegetable. I asked for extra honey mustard. I got my sandwich and ate my fries 1st. I looked at my sandwich and realized it didnt have any honey mustard and a half of a piece of bacon. I had my husband drive back and I politely asked for it to be remade. She made fun of me for not getting vegetable and laughed at me. I got the sandwich "remade" which was just the older woman going in the back and dumping the entire bottle of honey mustard onto my sandwich. I had my husband drive me back for the 3rd time and I went inside and asked why she dumped the entire bottle and instead of actually making my sandwich correctly she gave me a refund. I have photos of the sandwich. The way I was treated is unreal. Women who are suffering from cancer dont deserve to be treated like this on their birthday and the 1st time they had left the house in years. I have never been treated like this by a restaurant. I am going to contact the news stations abput how Arby's treats cancer patients, with this story if I dont hear anything back from corporate. If you will sabotage someone's food intentionally, what else will you do to their food. This will be sent to corporate.

  A blonde 17 year old girl screamed at the top of her lungs in front of everyone just because I asked a question. I could not believe someone would do this in an Arby’s. I will never be back

  The little blonde girl in the drive thru was the rudest thing, I've come acrossed in while. Screwed up our order and didn't fix it!

  We had the cheese steaks and they were great but a little expensive, a coupon would have been great
