  We were ordering in the drive-thru tonight on Mother’s Day during the night shift. There were 4 of us, so it was a longer order. The screen showed a Large Coke that I never ordered, so I politely tried to let the employee know the order on the screen was incorrect. Instead of listening, she immediately responded with an attitude and insisted the screen only showed what I ordered. I tried explaining again that there was an extra drink listed, but she continued being rude and dismissive. When we got to the window, we asked her to repeat the order to make sure everything was correct, and she seemed visibly annoyed that we even asked. Her tone and attitude throughout the entire interaction were honestly unacceptable for customer service. I’ve worked in customer service and as a server for years, so I completely understand being tired or having a stressful shift, especially on a busy holiday. But the way we were spoken to was incredibly disrespectful. We later asked another employee for her name so we could report the experience, and were told she was actually the manager, which honestly made the situation even more shocking. A manager should set the example for professionalism and customer service, not make customers feel uncomfortable for simply trying to correct an order. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

  They NEVER have frappe ready. Everytime they make me pull off and wait and not just wait 2 min im waiting 10 plus minutes. Its ridiculous... this place is literally a joke
