  I had an outstanding experience at Jimmy John's thanks to Devin. I ordered a Giant Chicken Bacon Ranch and mentioned that I wanted half for today and half for tomorrow. I told him I wanted tomorrow's half plain because I didn't want to deal with wilted lettuce after it sat overnight. Instead of just making me a dry sandwich and sending me on my way, Devin took the time to think of a better solution. He suggested putting the ranch on the side and then went a step further. Since I had already removed the tomatoes and onions from my order, he packed the fresh lettuce, mayo, and ranch separately so I could build a fresh sandwich at lunch the next day. It was such a simple idea, but it showed he was actually listening and cared about my experience beyond just making the sandwich. That kind of initiative and customer service is rare today. Devin didn't just do his job, he found a way to make my meal better without me even asking. Employees who genuinely care about customers are hard to find, and that's exactly the kind of person companies should be developing into leadership roles. Jimmy John's is lucky to have Devin. He deserves recognition, and I'd absolutely come back because of service like this.

  Whether I’m stopping in for lunch, ordering delivery, or catering for a group, the team always does a fantastic job. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the service truly lives up to the “Freaky Fast” reputation. If you’re looking for a fresh, delicious sandwich and great service, I highly recommend visiting Jimmy John’s in Bensenville. Keep up the great work!

  Truly terrible service. I placed an order for pickup hoping to get my food in a timely manner, but instead I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. One of the employees, Ricardo, was especially disrespectful and handled the situation poorly. This was honestly the worst quick service restaurant I’ve been to. Truly a waste of time. I will never visit again.
