  Truly terrible service. I placed an order for pickup hoping to get my food in a timely manner, but instead I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. One of the employees, Ricardo, was especially disrespectful and handled the situation poorly. This was honestly the worst quick service restaurant I’ve been to. Truly a waste of time. I will never visit again.

  I had a catering order for my business and it was all messed up and the bread was stale! Any business looking for food for their team I suggest look elsewhere. I called in letting them know and the guy there refused to help me. Destiny and Casey were also very rude when we were in the store!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel a moral obligation to warn the citizens of Bensenville. I walked in expecting a sandwich; I left with a lifelong distrust of deli meat and a looming debt to my local gastroenterologist

  Imagine ordering for pickup, coming in 15 minutes after placing the order expecting it to be ready, for the store to be locked and the order to not be ready, to then being sent away for 20 minutes once someone comes back, only to come back and for your order to not be started. Well that’s exactly what happened at this Jimmy John’s location here in Bensenville. Ricardo is terrible, possibly giving me the worst overall experience at a quick service restaurant, screams unprofessionally managed. I would question the cleanliness of their establishment and the food quality. I place an order around 10:55AM for ASAP timing for two sandwiches and visit the store closer to 11:10AM to pickup my order. The door is locked and there is no one to be seen. I call the store and a few minutes later Ricardo comes to unlock the door. I request for my food and Ricardo falsely claims my order was a scheduled order for 1:30PM, not even asking my order name or such. He said to come back in 20 minutes. I leave and come back 20 minutes later and Ricardo is preparing some catering order. After telling him that’s not my order, and showing him the details of my order, that it was placed for asap timing, he apologies and offers me a 2.99 fountain drink as compensation. At this point it’s been over 40 minutes and I have no food. I request for him to just give me a refund, and if possible any other accommodation for the time wasted. He says a refund is all he can offer and rudely tells me to get out the store.

Running a couple of businesses means I don't have a lot of time to sit around waiting for food, so I need speed and I need accuracy. This location actually delivers on being "freaky fast." Whether I'm grabbing a quick sub between meetings or ordering delivery, the food is consistently fresh. The French bread is always soft and baked right, the veggies are crisp, and they never mess up the order. There's no missing ingredients and no excuses—just a solid, reliable sandwich shop doing exactly what it's supposed to do. For anyone searching for a great sandwich, quick catering, or reliable fast food delivery near the Bensenville or O'Hare area, this Jimmy John's is top-tier. The staff runs a tight ship, the service is incredibly efficient, and the quality is always 100%. Highly recommend checking them out if you want a great meal without the wait.
