I’m a frequent customer and usually place mobile orders before work without any issues. However, on Thursday I decided to go through the drive-thru and paid with a $20 bill because I needed change later that day for an appointment tip. My total was around $6, so I should have received about $13 and some change back. Instead, the manager only gave me $3 back. Unfortunately, I was rushing to work and didn’t notice the mistake until my lunch break. I contacted the store and was told to come back the next morning, only to be told by the same manager that there was “nothing he could do” because the register supposedly wasn’t over. I have since contacted corporate regarding the issue. At this point, I will no longer be visiting this location. I simply want to warn others to double-check their change and be cautious when paying with cash.
