  I would not recommend this location. I have had two separate not so great experiences with delivery and will order from the North State St location in the future as I have never had a bad experience with them. First experience was a delivery that took over an hour, when I called and asked why my food was not delivered even though the app stated it was, the employee on the phone did not give a reason, just said "I'll be right there with it"...I waited another 15 minutes and called again and the employee stated that he had delivered our food to the wrong house, and instead of re-making the order when I called the first time, he drove back to the location he delivered it to, realized those people had either eaten it or threw it away (he claimed "they stole it"), and then he returned to the restaurant, re-made the food and then delivered. The delivery driver did apologize but nothing was taken off my $52 bill, not even the delivery fee, a free cookie or a coupon. I gave them another chance because I do understand that people have bad days some times, and it got delivered correctly, but the ingredients did not seem very fresh and the tomatoes on my sandwich were the size of quarters (I will try to add a picture). When I pay $10+ for a sandwich, I expect the ingredients to be fresh and appealing and when mistakes are made with orders, it's nice when you are compensated for the inconvenience somehow.

  The customer service here was great. I ended up getting a gyro and turkey sandwich and it was definitely good. Place is very clean and sitting area was well maintained and kept organized. The wait time was very fast. Overall service and experience was great and I wont mind making a pit stop again here soon at all. They also have a drive through line if you don’t want to come inside.
