  I like chipotle but every time I get it I’m reminded why I don’t. I spend $25 for guacamole, chips, and a RICE burrito. I would much rather have smaller portions with a better quality burrito. It was so large it couldn’t even be wrapped. It was full of rice.

  Can’t see under it but there’s like 5 pieces of chicken. I really wanted to like this location too. Their order pick ups are terrible! They skimp on everything! Wanted double corn got like half a regular scoop maybe. My double meat order is like a regular order. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.

  Horrible male worker with glasses had an attitude and made me wait 30 minutes for an order that was done the entire time.

  If they’re gonna charge you $14-$15 for a bowl, please put some meat on it. I seem like I’m paying for a salad. There’s hardly any meat every time I go so I’m not doing this again.

  I have a gluten allergy and try to be careful when eating out. When I went to order my food I told the staff I had a gluten allergy they didn't look happy, like I was annoying them. The gal started my order as she should have. BUT when it got to the cheese and lettuce I asked her to use other than what was out she looked befuddled as I dont think she understands cross contamination. This should be food 101..seriously. the gal at the register was kind and I thanked her for being patient with me. I usually go to the Riverside location as they are very good at accommodating me. The staff also needs to know if your chips are made out of corn or flour. The one gal had to ask and they still weren't sure. Disappointed that staff wasn't trained and I felt like a nuisance to them.
