You know, I wanted to love this place. What's not to love about chipotle? Here's the issue, the first time I went there when they first opened I witnessed management belittling the employees, and that's not cool. The food quality the first time was just okay.. and I'm okay with that considering they had just opened. When I go back there 3 months later, you think that they have it figured out. Unfortunately, that's not the case. When a restaurant's been open for 3 months and it's a franchise I expect the food to be consistent with other franchises of the same nature. I shouldn't have to go into a restaurant and see what appears to be visibly old food that does not look tasty and looks like it's been sitting in warmers for a few hours. It should be stirred, or it should be replaced when it's old it's easy enough to tell that that food was old. When lettuce containers are completely empty and she's digging around from water and little bits of lettuce it makes me think how disgusting that is and why I never want to go back because I already didn't appreciate this trip. I hate to say, I will never be going back to this location and I don't want a reply from someone who's not at this location because I can tell that most of the replies to these messages are from someone in a corporate location stating how they'll tell someone about this, that's not cool either these people need to know how to fix their issues and I don't think that's happening. Shame on the owner of this establishment for not paying closer attention to what's going on in the daily operations. I was told a long time ago you don't sell food if you don't know how to cook it yourself. I can only imagine whoever owns this probably has a thing or two to learn about a thing or two that they're doing.

For how much I pay, I'd expect larger portions. I shouldn't have to ask for "more". I'm paying damn near $15 for 1 bowl that would feed my 5 year old. The rice has been hard the last few times as well, the "hot sauce" is chunky and not blended well, and th chips have been stale. They're definitely not fresh. I was excited to have a chipotle in town, but I still find myself going to the riverside location for fresh and more filling food. I thought I'd give it a few weeks but it's been 2 months and nothing's changed. Still disappointed everytime I go.

Walked in the store to get my food, the employees are a vibe off the bat, the food is delicious, and she didn’t charge me for extra guacamole for the one time. I usually eat my bowl in one sitting but I tapped out. Safe to say they’re not giving out rations. They stay on top of their supply and move at a good pace I was in and out within minutes. It was a delightful experience.

I ordered for a pickup. When I got there, my order was ready. When I got home i was pleasingly surprised by how much food was in each bowl. They were filled to the top almost overflowing. Even my husband could only eat half of his bowl. Super generous with the meat and the bowls had everything in them that I ordered.
