There was 2 workers working and not one of them acknowledged us or said a simple “hello” or they will be right with us. We waiting for 15 min before they even said something and took our order looking annoyed that we were there. We got denied food items saying that they weren’t serving food at that time which makes no sense because they serve food all day. They took my order but then left leaving my other family member waiting for another 10 min in which someone came out of the bathroom then took her order. Bad service never again.
- BSBrown SuggaAug 28, 20261.0I’m not sure if management is aware of this, but this morning the drive-thru was open while the front entrance was locked. The drive-thru line was backed up all the way around the building, while customers couldn’t simply walk inside and order. If the store is open and the drive-thru is operating, the front door should be open during regular business hours as well. This makes it very inconvenient for customers with mobile orders who need to pick them up, as well as anyone who simply wants to walk inside to place or pick up an order instead of sitting in the drive-thru line. There were several customers walking up to the door, only to find it locked. I understand that staffing may have been an issue, because judging by how slowly the line was moving, it seemed like there may have only been one or two employees working. If that’s the reason the door was locked, I understand the staffing issue, but there should be another way to handle it without preventing customers from coming inside. This definitely needs to be addressed.

Years of great experiences with service and the products. This place is all around garbage now. A bunch of unsupervised, sassy rude individuals and more so the kiddie managers whose being put in position now. It’s so unfortunately to have to drive miles away now when this location is right outside my doorsteps.
