Horrible staff. Even the new crew sucks. No one wants to work. One day four customers walked out due to only one out of five people were working, causing things ti move at a snails place. Consistently behaves in ways that make people uncomfortable. Last time I was there although they were out of toppings, rather than cooking more peppers and onions they just said they were out. I had to request for many to do it. While waiting I was made fun of by staff and thet asked oh what you want us to throw it away because I said my food as getting cold, so I said ok and walk out. Will never come back. Its been like this for over 2 years.

I wish there was an Chipotle built nearby . Unfortunately this is the only place close . They don’t consider people allergens here . They never want to give rice without cilantro every time requested the employees act like it’s impossible . If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the 3rd evening in 2 weeks that I came in before 8:45pm, 2 days ago I came in at 8pm and they are out of the fajita peppers. At least they say that they are. On all occasions, they have a newer employee working by herself with a line of people waiting to be waited on. Everyone is either in back or outside smoking. She has no help and when I asked where the cook was to cook the peppers, she stated that he was in back. I asked if someone was going to cook more and she said she didn't know. I come here because I am vegan and the service used to be very good. I have been coming for some time now and I started coming in the evening after work because one of the employees gave me food I didn't ask for and when I said I didn't want it, he told another employee to wait on me and that he didn't have time for me. The evening shift was better at first. Now, they either don't want to work or maybe they did run out of the fajita peppers. Either way, this is a serious problem for the patrons here.

I just went into this location and I was dealing with ladies. They was very nice well all of them was very nice. I got two bowls and the young lady turned me around because I pulled out $100 bill and said we don’t accept $100 bills at all because they’re fake so I had to go to another store because I want Qdoba so bad and get changed. I went to Dollar tree a dollar store gave me change for $100 bill because it was real. This world is messed up. The cashier could’ve said hey we don’t have change for a $100 bill instead of saying we’ve been getting fake ones or they are fake and turn me around she could’ve came off nicer or she could’ve checked the hundred dollar bill. Is ways to tell that 100 is fake or not Qdoba as establishment itself is great but that location customer service skills is poor

My sister and I attempted to Visit this store today. Nasty! The steam table area looked as if it hadn’t been wiped or cleaned all day. We changed our mine, and chose to have lunch some place else.
