  The West Belleville McDonald's there's times it can be good but there's times it can be awful It all depends on management you can't get nobody up front to wait on you and when you ask for help you have to wait forever and the food's not as fresh as it used to be especially the fries. They just throw it together. Definitely never looks like what they show on TV

  Jade took care of us in the drive thru, at 130AM. She had a very positive attitude and helped me fix my burger when I ordered it incorrectly, as I was quite stoned doing so. The food tastes wonderful. They seem like a great crew also. Fries = crispayyyy. One star off for atmosphere only because the ghost of Kmart haunts me from across the Westfield Plaza.

  The lady in the restaurant was very rude.She had colored eyes and was black.She might have been a shift leader. We waited over 20 minutes for our food,they claimed it wasn’t paid for but it was .Once we showed we paid for it,we still were waitin for 20 minutes.Terrible service and she was behind the counter talking about us because they didn’t make our order? I’m very disappointed in this restaurant.

  It should not take 45 minutes to get a single breakfast meal. Not sure what's happened to all the McDonald's but they're counter service has become absolutely awful. The workers ignore the Frontline, are rude to customers that distract them from the orders, and it takes at least a half hr to get any food from inside. There's 10 people at this one waiting on orders in the lobby
