  They constantly mess up orders and tonight it was “ we are running low on bread would a regular instead of a giant be alright with you” like sure I’m obviously hungry which is why I asked for giant to start with so what they have done if I asked for 2 of the same thing asked if the 2 people could just share one. Used to be one of my favorite places but lately it’s just a joke. No wonder I hardly see anyone there or the drive thru ever.

  Everytime I come here they are slow, but not only that they are super rude. Super rude! Super RUDE!! I went there at 945, they close at 10. I pulled in and asked are you all still taking orders, they refused to answer initially. When they finally did respond the manager sighed and said do you have cash. My husband replied with "I'll pay however to need me to." She said what do you want. He started ordering and she just sat there then said no we aren't making that. I asked for the corporate number she said ok, but left me sitting at the window and refused to give it to me.

  It’s no wonder why this store only has 3.4 stars. I placed an order for delivery. I ordered two sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was not in the bag. OK fine that happens but when I call the store, the guy was Nonchalant like it wasn’t his problem tells me he can remake my sandwich, but that I would have to come and get it. Clearly, I cannot come get it if I placed a delivery order his response was that they won’t let him send The sandwich back out, but that he can give me a refund. So he refund the whole order instead of just sending the sandwich out. I will say that the lady that delivered my order was very kind and she did give me a call to let me know that my order was outside as the instructions say do not ring doorbell so thank you so much for that. You get five stars ma’am.
