  So I ordered from the location at 4000 W. Main in Belleville, Il. I dont normally ever have any problems. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and, to start, i live less than a 8th of a mile away. I live literally up the street and it took over 40 minutes to get my food. Next, the order was placed at 7:15pm. The app said it was delivered at 7:36pm, but it wasnt delivered at all. I called at 7:51pm to be told my order was given to someone who had clocked out or was clocking out.(So, what does THAT really mean?? Did the employee just take the food home? What kind of explaination is that to a person who has been told his pizza was already delivered and is still waiting for food??) So a few minutes later, the pizzas arrive. Keep in mind i also already tipped 5 dollars ahead of time before the delivery. The pizzas looked horrible. The stuffed crust pizza wasnt fully cooked and soggy in the middle. The other pizza was supposed to be a thin crust with extra cheese and extra sausuage and they gave me a plain thin crust without extra cheese or extra sausauge. I paid 34 dollars. Ive eaten from this location for over a decade easy and this is showing that the Belleville location is in trouble. Coporate needs to step in and assist management and get people hired and responsible supervisors that quality check EVERY box of pizza before it leaves. I know for a fact this is not happening as this situation alone is proof. I get it - lack of help, busy orders...yes, that is a thing, but quality can not be passed up on, otherwise Im done with Domino's...period. Here are pics of the pizzas delivered. Domino' s, what happened? Im really dissappointed!! I contacted corporate and im waiting for a reply back. This wasnt worth my money.

  Ill be honest. My house now orders from a farther away Domino's and drives to pick it up because the service here is so bad. Like we have had food items missing double charges two days ago we drove to get our order. Was told it hadn't been started and to wait 20 minutes. We waited drove around and then proceeded to be ignored at the window for 10 minutes. We then parked and tried to walk in the doors were locked. Ordered at 10pm and didnt get to pick up the pizza until 11pm and when we finally got home found they had forgotten some of our food. Tried to call and couldn't get through. Just drive to the other location if you want domino's.

  waited for 20 minutes in the drive through with 7 employees inside and never got helped. ended up having my girlfriend go inside to grab it where the guy at the front kept answering every phone call and ignoring everyone in the store for a solid 5 more minutes. she came back out to my car where i was still waiting at the window to be helped. iv had a bad experience here the past 3 times iv went i dont know what happened this use to be a great store to go to with 0 issues.

  We were impressed with Drea, the GM and Matt who tutored us, on how to navigate thru the app. It was quite a parent to us that they were both genuinely invested in our dominoes Pizza customer care experience. The pizza was piping, hot and delicious, with a plentiful number of toppings!
