There was only 1 other car in the drive thru. The lady repeated our order back to us and it was correct. As soon as we rolled up to the window the issues started. The cashier had a gives no crap attitude. I had requested a chocolate blizzard with m&ms. They handed us a vanilla blizzard insteas. We gave it back right away and asked for the right blizzard. Their solution was pump syrup and add a handful of m&ms on top. Not remake it correctly. And because they did that it was over filled and soupy. Which leaked all over my husband's truck. When we got home, the burgers were plain.... they just threw ketchup packets in the bag. And the fries were half filled. This isn't the only time we have had issues at this location recently and orders were messed up.

Great job DQ! We will do sure be back to this location.
- CMCasey MccoyMay 3, 20261.0I ordered online and upon arrival was told they couldn’t make my blizzard because they were out of an ingredient, when asked what ingredient they were out of they responded “i don’t know” not to mention when we order ice cream here it’s usually not mixed well. Won’t be coming back. Also wasn’t offered any sort of money back for the inconvenience, if you’re lacking an ingredient, list that on the app.
