  They need to close their indoor dinning they only care about drive through orders I finally left after waiting for a meal I paid for will not go back . I would rather drive else where for a meal

  Stood at the counter inside and waited 10 minutes before someone waited on me. And that was after I made the comment ( What am I invisible) There were 6 employees working if you want to call that. Just hanging around. Drive thru was 6 cars deep. It's ashame that no one wants to work but wants the paychecks.

  Me and my husband went through the drive thru order 2 ranch wraps and a chicken sandwich I had the wraps and my husband got the chicken sandwich I eat my 1st wrap it was fresh I go to eat my 2nd wrap BOOM I bite a plastic bread clip that goes straight into my gums cutting my mouth cause severe pain instantly I immediately goes to the ER cause my mouth is bleeding I call and speak with the restaurant manager and they put me in contact with the insurance adjuster I sent the bread clip and food in a email for them to examine Arby's has took full liability for my mouth injury but only want to compensate me only 1,200 and I refuse this offer cause I had to get alignment i still can't crew without gum pain it's been 2 years and I'm still in and out the dentist about my gum pain and now I have to see a gum specialist I have not heard anything from Arby's and I will be going live on all social media platforms
