- SPSamantha PopeJul 30, 20261.0Hahahaha even after reviewing … husband went there after work today August 10th 2026 - he was picking up my mobile order and didn’t know what was on it. They gave him 1 out of 4 items. I called and the employee Brayden said oh well that other stuff didn’t show on my receipt and uhmm I think the machine ran out of paper so it cut it off… ok so why wouldn’t you double check then? I said so you don’t have any screens there and he literally said no. I said no? He said “yea.. no”. I was like ok (knowing that’s a lie) well this has happened many times before so what can you guys do this time to make it right? He said there’s nothing he can do and there’s no manager. I stand by what I said before - Worst Dunkin. Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’re rude, they never know what they’re doing, if you order more than a coffee you have to ask for the other items and then they reply with “oh… what did you have?” Like look at your dang order screen! The coffee is never made right and if you order a hot coffee it’s always burnt. The only reason I still go here when I do is it’s close otherwise I prefer to wait until Monee when I take my husband to work. Oh and their donuts always taste hard and old or overcooked and the last few times we ordered donuts the frosting was melting and all over and they stacked my kids longjohns last time too …

Otherwise I would have taken it back. My hash browns were burned while being greasy and soft at the same time. My ham croissant was like rubber and barely warm. I asked for an assortment of 10 munchkins and got all chocolate and 1/2 of a glazed. My latte tasted like espresso with sugar in it, not like a latte. I enjoyed literally nothing I ordered. And they didn't even give me napkins for my grease hash browns. Very disappointed.

Coffee was not up to par. Kind of disappointed and not happy with the overall experience.
