  Came 20 mins away to be told they have no white bread and it would take 20 mins for more bread to be made. No suggestion on what could be done, I just left. What a huge waste on my time

  I had a but sandwich maybe 2 weeks ago and they gave me very stale bread. It was so hard ruined the sandwich for me. Please stop selling old ingredients if I’m paying $10+ for a sandwich the bread should not be old.

  Forgot to deliver order, 1 and a half hours later we called for delivery they forgot us on a $50 order paid over the phone, and the order was incorrect. They said I would get a credit and after calling today (only 2 days later) all of a sudden credit was not available and Manager could not accommodate us. Terrible experience do not order here! We were robbed by this location absolutely shocked at the disappointment lack of consideration.

  Very slow service and rude.. terrible experience today from start to finish ordered a simple sandwich with turkey and got the wrong order. Young ladies were incredibly slow only worried about chatting obnoxiously loud I only have a 30 minute break and a lot of my time was wasted waiting so long for 1 item. No professionalism at all don’t waste your time here

  I have been to so many Jimmy John’s I’ve never given any Jimmy John’s a negative review but this location starting with their dirty tables…. Then they leave the front empty when they have three employees working on a Saturday afternoon. Then they have no toilet paper in the bathroom again they have three employees.? and then they messed up my sandwich and they don’t offer to fix it. Like I said, I’ve been to pretty much all the Jimmy John’s up and down Orland Palos forget the name of the others nothing in comparison to the poor service received here.
