  I sat in the waiting area for a long time. They said they needed to work on/honor deliveries before they could take my in person order. I had to ask multiple times to order. While I was waiting for 20 min, the phone rang 6 times and they never answered a call. They seemed upset I was in the store: like it was their private space. There was a LOT of slamming and glares as I waited. Whoever owns this location: PLEASE put out a sign that says “pickups only” that’s all your employees would like to do.

  I can see why they aren't busy. While the service was fast and the staff was friendly when I picked up my two pizzas after work, the quality was disappointing. The pizza was cut "abstractly"—some slices were huge while others were 1/3 the size. For nearly $30, the value just wasn't there. The "large" and "medium" pizzas were tiny compared to the boxes they came in, and despite paying for extra toppings, I hardly got a normal amount. The worst part was the cheese; it wasn't melted properly and had a "pebble" texture where you could see each individual piece (kind of like cheap vegan cheese iykyk). It was edible, but I won't be back.
