- JOJ OJun 28, 20262.0We love Papa John’s Pizza, but have been frustrated with this location lately. For example, today we ordered the Tuscan 6 cheese pizza and added Canadian bacon, black olives, and mushrooms. The pizza arrived without the 3 additional (paid for) ingredients. We called the store and a child (not management) proceeded to tell us their reason for not making the pizza to order was because they were busy. No excuse, guys. Kiddo said would offer a refund, so will see if store manager follows through or not. Just disappointing…..one job, guys.

I had to ask multiple times to order. While I was waiting for 20 min, the phone rang 6 times and they never answered a call. They seemed upset I was in the store: like it was their private space. There was a LOT of slamming and glares as I waited. Whoever owns this location: PLEASE put out a sign that says “pickups only” that’s all your employees would like to do.

- JCJustice CMar 6, 20262.0I can see why they aren't busy. While the service was fast and the staff was friendly when I picked up my two pizzas after work, the quality was disappointing. The pizza was cut "abstractly"—some slices were huge while others were 1/3 the size. For nearly $30, the value just wasn't there. The "large" and "medium" pizzas were tiny compared to the boxes they came in, and despite paying for extra toppings, I hardly got a normal amount. The worst part was the cheese; it wasn't melted properly and had a "pebble" texture where you could see each individual piece (kind of like cheap vegan cheese iykyk). It was edible, but I won't be back.
