This store will mark your order as ready when it isn't for their own internal scores. Egg shells in food repeatedly. Overpriced.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. My friends and I came in to get some food, and there was essentially nobody else ordering or waiting. We tried using one of the digital ordering screens, and the screen would let us go through the entire process of placing an order, but the order would never actually go through or print a receipt. We waited around 30 minutes thinking the system was just taking a while, but nothing happened. We eventually tried ordering again through the kiosk and had the exact same issue. We waited another 30 minutes, again expecting the order to eventually go through and print a receipt, but it never did. That’s what kept us waiting for roughly an hour. Nobody came over to tell us the kiosks weren’t working or offer to take our order at the counter. After waiting for roughly an hour with no one coming to help us, I finally went up to the front counter and waited several more minutes before someone was available. Eventually, the manager came over and took our order. At that point, we were simply trying to get the order paid for and finished after having already waited an extremely long time. While we were getting our money together, the manager told us, “Come on guys, we don’t have all day.” The way she said it and the tone she used came across as extremely rude and disrespectful. We had already been waiting for around an hour because the ordering system wasn’t working properly, so being spoken to like we were the ones wasting her time was incredibly frustrating. She then said she would come back when we had everything sorted out and walked away. We had the money ready roughly 30 seconds later, but then had to wait another couple of minutes before she came back to take it. Finally, after all of that, we received our food. I understand that restaurants can have staffing issues, technical problems, or busy periods, but none of those seemed to explain how this was handled. There was no line of customers, nobody else was ordering, and the digital kiosks were allowing us to build an order without actually submitting it or printing a receipt. If the ordering system wasn’t working, someone should have simply told us and taken our order at the counter. What bothered me most was not even the wait itself. Technical problems happen. It was the way the situation was handled. After waiting for about an hour because the kiosks weren’t processing our orders and then having to go find someone ourselves, being spoken to with that kind of attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by trying to order food. A manager should be setting the standard for customer service, and unfortunately, this interaction did the opposite. A simple explanation or a little basic courtesy would have made a huge difference. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. Waiting nearly an hour because the ordering kiosks weren’t actually submitting our orders, followed by rude treatment from the manager, is not acceptable customer service. I hope the owners or upper management take a look at how this location is being run and address both the lack of service and the way customers are being treated. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for reasonably prompt or friendly service.

This location somehow overcooks everything. The bun on the quarter pounder is black on the inside of the bun. The patty is so overcooked. Go up the street to butterfield and cook and the burger is 10 times better.
